  1. What I wanna know is why loading up the save without any mods doesn't get rid of the issue. Perhaps therein lies the secret to the solution
  2. Thank you for the suggestion  however changing that value in the in the ini did not fix the issue. Once again for clarity: With the "No Radial Blur" mod, there is no longer that constant blur around the edge of the screen. The mod successfully fixes half of the issue. However that blur becomes visible when I use nighteye or something similar, while the mod is activated. Which means that this effect is separate like you said. Even though visually it looks like the same blur effect, just bigger. Though the blur is gone, thanks to the mod, the colors are still washed out. The colors are not as washed out as if I were to activate nighteye.
  3. Okay so I added a mod that disables the radial blur as quick fix, which fixes half the issue. I added vampire's sight with this mod enabled. When I used vampire's sight it creats a visible blur and washes the colors out even more just like nighteye. But what's weird is that the mod doesn't disable the blur for nighteye/vampire's sight.
  4. I have the same issue, it looks almost like nighteye but when I cast nighteye the radial blur extends further toward the center of the screen and the colors become even more washed out. It's like nighteye is stuck on half power, without K ENB everything is some shade of blue but with K ENB there are colors but the sun is extremely bright. A new game fixes the issue, loading my save with all mods disabled does not. However I would like to keep my character.
  5. Best I could do is a mod that removes the blur, but the color is still pretty much gone from the world. With K ENB there is more color however the world is like flooded with sunlight. Mainstreet Whiterun looks like a town from Red Dead Redemption. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/17499 This mod gets rid of the blur but the colors are still wonky.
  6. Im getting something like this but even when I start the game with all of my mods disabled the blur and discoloration is still there. Making a new game with and without all my mods fixes it, but I would like to avoid that solution. What about a mod that removes these effects from the game?
  7. Update: I disabled all but the expansion esms and the glitch persists. I found out that there is also discoloration in addition to the blur. I did not notice this due to K ENB, but all the colors are washed out; the Drunken Huntsman is entirely blue with ENB disabled. What bothers me most is that spells such as slow time, night eye, and vision of the tenth eye only make the effect worse for their duration by extending the blur closer to the center of the screen. I am perplexed, I think I'll have to make a new character.
  8. The low health peripheral fuzz is stuck on a character of mine. The quick fix is a mod that disables all blur effects in the game, however the blur is a wonderful low-health indicator for me as it is powerfully annoying and impossible to ignore; so I would like to re-enable it. Waiting sleeping and curing did not fix the issue. Getting damaged and then healing did not fix the issue. Activating slow time or night eye did not fix the issue. Toggling deadly combat and sneak tweak did not help either. I tried to disable Skyrim Redone but skyrim crashes at the main menu without the SkyRe_Main.esp enabled but I doubt those are causing the problem anyway. Those are the only mods I have that affect the player character the rest are all things like darker dungeons and scenic carriages.
  9. I do not care for the 'realistic nights' many enb configurations and other mods provide. Its pitch black and I cant see a thing. This is likely due to my bargain monitor, however I cant see bandits so why the hell can they see me? Ive been out camping only a few times; but from what I remember you can still see things so vanilla nights are fine for me in terms of brightness. However my complaint is that, and it might just be because of this bargain monitor, foliage seems glow. I would love a mod or enb configuration that saps the color intensity out of night time and shifts it towards the blue-scale I remember from my camping trips; while still keeping about vanilla brightness or a touch darker. If this exists I apologize, I can't conceive of the search terms necessary.
