MoonCreator
http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-nmu4MnO4XEQ/T4ZZmdcsZ3I/AAAAAAAADWs/M65h2uGWGds/s1600/hello_there_22.png I've been looking throughout Skyrim Nexus Player Homes and had a wonder through some of them, but - all of them seem to be overdosed with overpowered things such as teleports from your house, magical stones etc. So.... My request? All I'm asking for is a nice and simple medium sized player home including: - A few mannequin's to display my armour (Around 4-8 - Dragon Priest Display holder (http://romesblog.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/tesvmasks.jpg) - Enchanting Table - Alchemy Bench - Bookshelf capable of placing book inside of them - Kitchen - Possibly a fireplace to make the home more welcoming And all in all, general things that make a home look good but not overpowered If you have any question regarding making this player home or even finding one to suit my needs, please PM me. Doesn't matter where the home is placed around Skyrim but as long as it suits the envoiriment, it's all good. Best regarding,Mooncreator
Strokend
I don't know if it fits everything you want, but I recommend taking a look at Build Your Own Home. While you don't pay septimes for the house, you DO have to build it from scratch using your own materials. It takes 40 firewood and 21 iron ingots just to get the actual house in place, which either takes a lot of time to get, or a lot of septimes. You additionally would have to build in whatever items you want, including crafting stations, but it means whatever you want, however you want it, you get an approximation of, because you made it.
