chances are 1 of your mods (which according to the issue above, includes the female and male skeleton that is not for Skyrim Se) which leads me to believe that you are probably using the Oldrim version of XP32 Skeleton, if so, delete it, and download XPMSE for Skyrim Special edition: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1988

 

so ye, reinstall XPMSE let it overwrite everything, then Re-Run FNIS to fix the T-Pose

 

Don't let anything overwrite XPMSE

 

should the above fail, then simply open steam, right click on skyrim, click on the local files tab, and select *check intergrity of game cache* to redownload the correct files. after that, reinstall XPMSE, then Re-Run Fnis

 

a complete un-install and re-install is not necessary.

still seeing 3 animations that are not Skyrim SE compatible as well as several issues (indicating these mods are not being installed properly), ensure that all of your mods are for Skyrim SE, not Skyrim LE (Oldrim) <-- saying this again, because of the Particular Error "Not Skyrim SE Compatible" that is shown multiple times in your FNIS Log.

 

just for context, the T-Pose, is it permanently (as in npc and character is constantly in T-Pose regardless of actions taken), or is it only when a you are triggering an animation mod ?

 

so for example on a brand new game, no animation mod triggered, is your character in T-Pose ?

 

If The T-Pose is only their, when animation mods are triggered, then that would mean failed installation of said mod, or incompatible mod, could very well be a Vortex issue, or said mod is for oldrim, if so delete it, and download the skyrim se equivalent. if the animation mod is installed to a different path to where they should typically be (which is the Skyrim SE Data Folder)., that could also be a cause.

 

or 2. if the T-Pose is permanently, even on a brand new game, no actions taken, then this is very likely an installation issue, which then brings vortex into question.

 

 

completely Un-Install and Re-install the game and mods, ensure that every mod you have is for Skyrim SE. Scrap Vortex and install manually, or use NMM or Wrye Bash.

 

1 Thing i am pretty certain of, is, The T-Pose is very likely caused by your animation mods, whether that is because they are being used, or because of their installation issues, is uncertain, but they are very likely the cause regardless. so i reckon, if you uninstalled all of em, run Fnis Again (as Fnis must be run, every time you install and uninstall an Animation Mod), the T-Pose will likely be Solved, which again is why i asked the 2 questions above.

 

lastly you might want to rethink what mods you install, some of them animation mods, are notorious for destroying saved games, Sexlab in particular. T-Pose will be the least of you worries.

 

to eliminate a problem effectively is to prevent it from becoming a problem from the start. as such delete Sexlab and any mod connected to it, and start again. your saved games will thank your for it, and likewise your play through will survive longer.

I'm going to try to remove the 3 oldrim mods and for context, yes it is permanent when I go back to my current save and autosaves. New game however is bugged because the cart flung around the map almost lol.

the cart being flung around the map is caused by *immersive weapons*, disable it, wait till you have control of your character then re-enable it again

Download and Run LOOT: https://loot.github.io

 

then report back here any issues it mentions. you will need to scroll through your mods in loot and check each and every error and warnings mentioned (indicated by a yellow background on the specific mod(s). especailly the red background error which are serious. you can also use it to sort your load order aswell, which i recommend.

 

you will also need to start a new game, after problem solving your mods, and creating a new load order.
