dudeapocalypse Posted October 3, 2020 Posted October 3, 2020 As for player, it should be pretty simple, just reverse an Unstoppable Force perk and make a Begin GameMode quest for it to be added. But what about NPC? Adding perks to them does nothing as far as I know?
dubiousintent Posted October 4, 2020 Posted October 4, 2020 (edited) You are correct that NPCs (at least those who are not "companions") cannot be given "perks". AFAIK, the best you can do is give them a "token" (an invisible, unwearable item) or piece of equipment which has an "object effect script" to provide the equivalent "spell". There is a mod called "Blocking Prevents All Melee Damage 100 Percent Parry" you might examine to see how something similar was implemented. -Dubious- Edited October 4, 2020 by dubiousintent
lStewieAl Posted October 4, 2020 Posted October 4, 2020 Try modifying the gamesettings fBlockSkillBase and fBlockSkillMult.
UnvalidUserName Posted October 5, 2020 Posted October 5, 2020 Most of the block settings are leftover from Oblivion but I think the one that works are fBlockAmountWeaponMult and fBlockMax
