SSE Legacy of the Dragonborn (Ladder outside to get to Safehouse faster)

I know, it's stupid, it's simple, and selfish. But man i already have fast travel turned off, it'd be nice to be able to just fwoop up to the safehouse patio. I've been looking and I don't see anything that's like this.

I think there is a secret passage that connects the ground level outside with the safe house. It won't be as fast as a trip up a ladder but might be quicker than the other options of getting to the safe house. Could work for you for the time being at least.
