It will just make normal maps have more effect on it (meaning, reflections will "bend" more depending on normal map roughness).What do you mean by "unaltered"? Game uses its default env map shader already. By unaltered I meant his env map shader edit without an applied fix. For clarification if its needed, currently I am trying to figure out why the enviroment mapping is more intense on his weapons than any images or footage I can find of them. And I'm not sure what I'm missing. This post I found describes my exact issue however the fix mentioned does not work for me.
