Some users will upload mod guides to Nexus that will walk you through the setup of a build step by step. Some of these builds will have 10 mods and some are up to 1000 mods. Take your pick :) Not sure if you're talking about Skyrim SE, but here is a example of a mod guide that will instruct you how to make a stable build: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/40407 The modder who made this guide is pretty good and the build is not bad IMO.
