What Mod added this?! "Strange Doorway"

I am in the North of Skyrim nearing the Rueful Axe area for Barbas and near a downed tower is a door that when I go to open it says " something about this door conveys a strong power but sadness..." or somthing along those lines. I Have no idea what it is has to be a mod as I do not see anything online about it.

 

Anyone know?

When I see the name I'm almost sure that this door is added by Cerwiden and her quest and just to be sure this door is in the far northwest of Skyrim, almost in the border with High Rock and to the south of Castle Volkihar? If the answer is yes, then the mod is CerwidenCompanion.esp

AlberichMX is correct, it's Cerwiden that adds the door. The door is part of her backstory quest installment.
