I am looking for a mod that allows me to Get the SPECIAL Bobbleheads so when I hit 30 I can take the nearly perfect perk and they will go to 10 instead of just 9. I plan only on installing a few mods graphic, the under ground Hideout in Springvale, Some Hud mods and mayhap some others my problem is finding the right ones.
