Habilities over 100

I´ve seen a mod that gives you benefits for upgrading your habilities over 100%, i think it gave a accuracy bonus for each 10% over 100, but now i can´t find it, do you know what mod am i talking about or it was a dream?

Just extract the folder to \data\ -- so you will have a folder \menus\ under it with the proper content.

If you use a UI mod like DarN's, don't do this -- ask them to include it in their mod instead.
