The mod that is causing the lockup is

Fallout Remastered - EVE (Paradox Ignition Merge).esp

I have the latest version of fallout remastered as i got them saved my pc along with all my other mods. Is it possible the mergers are more up to date and thats the reason why it is crashing?

Also i dont know how to add the modlist to a spoiler so if anyone can tell me i can edit my post.

dmxdex2020 - Hello!

I can't help with Remastered as I don't use it, hopefully others that do can advise you on that.

"Also i dont know how to add the modlist to a spoiler so if anyone can tell me i can edit my post."

I can help with that, it's at the top of the posting box, next to the eraser (Remove Format) symbol.

It's called "Special BBCode", click on that & you get a pull down where you can select a Spoiler.

You can also type the code:

[spoilerX]Text Goes Here[/spoilerX]

You have to leave out the X's, I had to add those for it to not show up as a spoiler. :)

Hope this helps!

Is the older version safe to use? Or should i just stick to the updated merger. And not run the remastered compatibility patch?

Yes, the older version is safe to use.
Using the older version of the EVE merger however, will also mean you'll need to download the old (1.1) version of the Blackened FWE + MMM + EVE + Project Beauty.esp patch as well.

Not something I'd personally recommend, but I guess it's your only option if you wish to continue using the now defunct Fallout Remastered mod.

I don't recommend using the older version of the Blackened patch you need because there were some minor flaws present in that. Flaws that were corrected in the latest version.

You can't use the latest version of my mod because it's only compatible with the latest version of the previously mentioned EVE merger. If you do so anyway, your game will crash at startup.

You sure ask a lot of questions. One would think things would be fairly obvious by now.

Should i just stick with using the latest version of blackened and leave out the eve PI and risk it?

Seems unnecessarily complex to me. Either continue on using Remastered and thus to resort to using the older version of the EVE merger and Blackened or kick out remastered and use the latest version of the EVE merger and Blackened.

As an aside: Funny how I am once again forced to (attempt to) mitigate these version issues even though I'm not responsible for them.
