sornan
Hi guys  A seemingly simple thing I've been trying to accomplish, an actor sits down in a tavern, and then a 'drink' animation is ran for a period of time. I just put in a 'Sit Target' package, target being the chair, and then in the package Idle I put in the IdleDrink, and.. he does nothing more than sits. I tried setting a duration to the Idle in the package, made no difference. I can't use the 'Eat' package, because it randomizes between eat and drink. Honestly I really want to be able to use the Idles in the Ai Packages, but so far it seems like they do nothing (at very least not working with a sitting actor). Any help would be really appreciated, as I'm trying to finally nail down the AI usage for good scenes, and it seems I'm still fumbling a bit here.. /Edit Did some testing yesterday and found that the package idles do work, really well actually, but they won't work while the actor is sitting. I can only assume sitting, alike other animations like leaning against a wall, etc, are overriding a package idle (or maybe better put they are already running an idle), so they can't both happen at once. I can live with it, unless someone knows how to get a sitting actor to execute animations (beyond the basic eat package).
