Current SE build 2.0.19 (runtime 1.5.97) is the latest, 08/08/2020 also keep in mind, that information could in fact be refeering to an older SKSE Plugin, rather then SKSE itself. as such ensure that all of your SKSE Plugins are up to date. all skse updates will always be found in that link (SKSE Homepage), typically SKSE only gets updated when a new version of Skyrim is updated. as such it is only really necessary to check said site when/if their is another skyrim update.
