Can't scrap Ingestibles created at the Chem Station.

Is it something I have done wrong, or is it a Fallout 4 feature?

Lots of mods use the chem station to create items and most seem scrapable.

However I have an Ingestible recipe item ('consuming it' activates it's function - good for a favourites slot) and in workshop mode it has no "Scrap" option.

Obviously I can 'sell' it to get rid of it, but why can't I scrap it? I even tried a dedicated 'scrap' recipe. Nothing.

Is there the reverse of the "unscrappable" keyword?

 

Searching returning nothing specific btw. I notice you can't scrap plants either.
