triangles and squares in the snow pls help

can someone pls show me a fix for these weird triangles in the snow really annoying. happens with all snow texture mods. and vanilla.. much appreciated

It's not the texture, it's the terrain mesh showing. Looks like it hasn't been smoothed out.

 

You can do this in the CK. Get the area of land in the render window. Press h while render window is active. Set brush size to suit (around 11). Hover the brush over the area and tap the lmb once. Just one quick tap. If you hold the lmb, the terrain will distort and loose its original shape.

but very interesting that it is terrain. need to find a fix. maybe an ini tweak , not sure any suggestions?

it only seems to be in the snow if this helps. kinda unplayable at the moment though... annoying

It will be more noticable on the snow texture, because it's mainly just a plain colour.

What mod is it?

the problem is im not sur whitch mod is the cause because it does it with most of them (snow textures). skyrim hd 2k textures is the one im using at the moment .

Can you list your BOSS log, and also your graphics settings and computer specs?

Have you tried uninstalling the 2k textures to see if that fixes it?
