Hi , I have some Framerate problems with my fallout 3. And I seriously don't have any clues why.
I looked up my system, and the requierments matched up. Even got max:ed "meter" on "Can-you-run-it" website.

And sorry if this thread happends to be in the wrong place

Here are my Spec:
Intel® Core2 Duo CPU E4400 @ 2.00GHz .
Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 32-bit.
GeForce GT 520 ( Graphic memory - DDR3 1Gb).
4 Gig RAM.

Things I have tryed
- Stutter remover fix "mod"
- set so the fallout can run and use over 2 Gb of ram.
- Installed FOSE

I suggest that you reduce your graphics settings to the minimum and try the game. If all goes well, slowly increase everything until you start to experience the lag. Your CPU does not meet the system requirements and the GPU, when it was released, was a low end graphics card. This is from a review of April 12, 2011, as published in AnandTech: "Coming up hot on the heels of last week’s Radeon HD 6450 launch, today NVIDIA quietly launched the GT 520, their low-end video card for the 500 series"

Ye, I see your point. My graphic card is crappy. But I need to upgrade my Power supply unit if I wish to install/insert a more powerfull graphic card..

Well thanks anyway =)
