Andyno
As you can see on this picture... ... the fire is not visible in game. It doesn't matter if I reload the save or "COC" here - the results are the same. Weird thing is that other fires are visible, other doesn't - it looks like it happens randomly. This also aplies to exterior cells as well. Does anybody know what's going on, and what I'm missing?
Zorkaz
Is it from one of your mods? Otherwise there might be an enable/disable script that can cause this. Enabling fire via script doesn't always work.
niston
Same thing appears to be happening to some of the cooking stations. When you place them, the fire is lit. When you return to the cell later, the fire is gone. One of the first bugs I noticed when beginning to play the game (without any mods).
Andyno
Zorkaz:Yes, the screenshot is from the cell I'm currently working on. niston:So you say it's global problem, not only mine...? This really breaks immersion, since I'm trying to have realistic lightning in all my cells.
niston
Perhaps there's some gamebryo animation on the fire thing you could play? I've never looked into it, so not sure.
Zorkaz
Is this fire's nif based on the other normal fires?
Andyno
niston:Good idea, but I think it's not possible because it doesn't have any Gamebryo Anim nor Havok Anim info (that can be seen in the Preview Window). Zorkaz:The nif is FXFireSmall01, and it's a classic movable static.
