Slow Download Speed on Premium account

Hello,

I am having trouble with download speed it doesn't go higher than 600kb/s while i have 90mbps and premium membership. Tried premiums servers having same issue. Tested internet its fine.

• Prague: 700kb/s

Hmm, sorry to hear about this.

 

I'm afraid if you're getting a bad connection to all of our CDN servers (which are placed all over the world), there must be a problem somewhere between your PC and our servers.

 

Can you confirm if you get a slow speed from the "Under 25mb" files and the larger ones?

Hmm, do you have access to a VPN to see if that helps?

 

Also, what is your maximum download speed from other sources?

Yes, tried VPN had no effect.

My max download speed is 6mb/s
