Andyno
I started to to add some interesting stuff (like ambushes) to one of my interior cells, and tested that, and it looks like it doesn't work as it should. Firstly I simply copy/pasted things from some vanilla cell - no luck. Then I added a brand new PackIn - no difference.I also thought that missing navmesh can cause some weird occasions, so I navmeshed all area, but no difference either. To be more precise, I have 2 situations in my cell:1. a ghoul should fall from the pipe above after player passes a DefaultActivateSelfTrigger. Actually this is not an ambush, just some spawn situation. The problem is that ghoul is already spawned, or just appear in front of the player.2. same as above, but this time there are 2 molerats linked to AmbushMolerat02Short markers. Again, the molerats are already spawned, but don't attack until player passes a trigger. Please can somebody tell me what I'm missing? This should be an easy task (with those PackIns for sure!) but as we all know, even the most simple things can be a challenge in CK... If someone wants to look at the situation, I'll gladly upload the *.esp for him somewhere.
Zorkaz
Ambushes happen differently depending on the Actors but for the most part:NPC (With "Ambush" in its Name) -> link with keyword "linkambushfurniture" -> Ambush Marker I think the packins are designed to be used with the triggerzone but it works well when you place the items individually. So not all NPCs need a trigger. Otherwise take a look a the dumping site north of Covenant where all the molerats spawn. Or Vault 81.(I made tons of Ambushes but am still new to it, so take this little info with a grain of salt)
Andyno
If you made tons of WORKING ambushes, you're not nwe to it. ;) I just tested my exterior cell, where I have similar situations:1. a mirelurk queen bursts from the mud after player passes the trigger2. a softshell mirelurk is waiting in the mud for approaching player (this one doesn't have a trigger)3. a couple of hatchlings emerging from the eggs after player passes the trigger All of these are working flawlessly, so I have a suspicion that there's something wrong with my interior cell.
