Wrong arrow position when pulling the bow

So I ran into this problem while reinstall Skyrim yesterday. I have tried a lot of way, such as uninstall and reinstall Extended XP 32, run FNIS, but still can't fix it. Anyone can help me with this? Eventhough the animation is wrong, it does not affect my accuracy. Here is my load order

Those look like they might be normal. Bows in the hands of females have always had issues. Put the same bow in the hands of a male character and most issues fix themselves. This is because the modeling and animation was done for the male. The game then tries to scale it down for females creating annoying visual issues along the way.
