More companion or follower to play is nice, there's one out there but it also added a bunch of other items that I don't want. I try to add myself but it impossible at my knowledge.

What, precisely, are you looking for? If you want a follower mod that doesn't add items to the game then I would suggest any of my follower mods (links can be found in my signature below). Or are you wanting a tutorial on removing unwanted items from mods? Or perhaps something else entirely.
