Striker879 Posted March 3, 2013 Share Posted March 3, 2013 I can't say for certain about the fighting smarter situation but Maskars Oblivion Overhaul (MOO) is completely configurable using the ini file so you can have as many enemies as you like (plus if you want it adds new enemies).
