Full support for modding Empyrion with features comparable to those for Skyrim?

I've been modding the game since 2016. So have others. I don't have the skillset to write a Vortex extension for it, nor do I have the time to learn. I continue to be bitter than one asinine Steam moderator was able to so completely ban me that I can't even manage my own original Workshop items nor even delete them.
