Here's an attached image to show what it looks like:http://img141.imageshack.us/img141/5374/tesnexusio6.th.png I'm using firefox on a 1600x1200 display, so I've set my fonts to 20 point (I have bad eyesight). Can this be fixed on the site? I've tried a few different configuration settings with firefox, like using zoom instead, but they just cause other problems.Thanks. LHammonds Posted January 2, 2009 Share Posted January 2, 2009 Go back into Tools, Options, Content tab and change your font back to Times New Roman, Size = 16 (which is default). Then go back to that particular page and press the following keys until the font increases to the desired size: CTRL + Use "CTRL -" to reduce the font size. Another option is to go into your Members page, click Change your site preferences and change "Layout Style" from Block Mode to Flat Mode. I don't want to have to change my font size, then I'd have the onerous task of having to zoom every page I visit. And like I said, I've tried zoom, but that makes other sites look bad. I just can't win! (I miss the old days of tables, I really do:)). When I go to preferences and try to change from block mode to flat mode, it says it has updated my preferences, but it doesn't change the appearance, and when I go back to preferences it still says block mode. buddah Posted January 3, 2009 Share Posted January 3, 2009 Try a different layout, click on the members link from any file page, then change the site preferences from block to flat mode, it should make a marked improvement and you won't have to zoom and change. I just tried it on mine and it remembered the setting each time. And you don't get that "settings updated" page without clicking the submit button to save the settings. I wonder what could be wrong to cause the settings not to save. I will check this out with my non-admin account (Conan_Lon) to see if normal user access works. JohnMoonsugar Posted January 3, 2009 Author Share Posted January 3, 2009 Okay, I change from block to flat in preferences, exit my 3 browser windows that have 25 open tabs, restart firefox, come back to tesnexus, the preferences say "flat" mode, but then I do a search, the results are in block mode, I go back to preferences and now it says block mode.
