Ok so it would be incredibly cool if someone could create a mod (or point me to an existing one) that allows you to have sex scenes with female characters like a male warden normally would. It's already possible with Morrigan, that much i know since I did it before, so I imagine the code exists for it

If you mean "while playing as a female Warden" (or, conversely, have a romance with Alistair while playing as a male Warden) then the mod you're looking for is "Equal Love". :thumbsup:

a) even female Wardens can already have a romance with all the other possible LIs; Leliana, Zevran, and Big Al, and;

 

b) unless you had already installed the MRP-Equal Love mod, (which is NOT the one I linked) only a male Warden can have a romance with Morrigan.

Ok to be more specific, the kind of mod I am looking for would give a FEMALE player character, one who was created as a female, the option to have ALL sex scences play out as if the player character was male. Would be really great if the mod was built to include add-ons such as Sappho's Daughters content (some of the scenes play out like I am talking about in these add-on mods).

 

for your point B), there is a way to do so without any mods, i did it through the use of the console command runscript zz_app_debug. The console command lets you change romance and approval flags for each of your party members, as well as their approval rating.

;D Ok, ya' got me. Although I would consider the Command Console an über-mod. And once you start overriding the game's internal logic that way, you're no longer "playing" it.

But back to your original point; the mod I cited, "Equal Love", removes the gender checks from the dialogue trees that prevent a romance option branch from being offered. This effectively turns your Warden into the appropriate gender (whichever one that might be) from the point of view of the NPC, and so able to pursue a romance with any of the ones with whom that's possible (Morri, Leli, Zev, Big Al.) :thumbsup:

Note that it does NOT overcome the "It's either him/her or me!" problem. For that you need "Polygamey". :P

I'm not sure, but perhaps the genderring in this mod would let you do that?

As anyone who has romanced Morri as a female Warden knows, this is exactly what "Equal Love" does.

 

If what the OP (and others) really want to know is if there is a mod that changes the ANIMATIONS for the sex scenes, the answer is "not really". But see: "Better Sex Cutscenes - WIP" (BSC), which is one of the few mods I know about that addressed this portion of the game at all. (Read the author's FAQ in the Description to learn some of the difficulties in doing this sort of work.)

@ Carly10, I tried that mod myself, the genderring thing is kind of useless tbh.

 

@ Thandal, Carly10 pretty much summed up what I was looking for. I was looking to see if anyone could expand the ability to romance Morrigan as a female warden to apply to ALL of the femme scenes. I know it can't be easy to pull off, but I figured it was at least worth a shot to see if any modmakers would be interested in taking on the challenge. Thanks for your efforts to help though.

Yep, three ways for a female Warden to romance Morri: debug command; Equal Love (full mod); and Equal Love (MRP optional file). All result in Morrigan treating any PC, regardless of gender, as male for the duration of the dialogue(s) and cutscenes. (Including delivering the line about "... the stories of the Grey Wardens' endurance".)

 

Since the only other "romancable" female NPC is Leliana, I guess you're looking for a mod that runs the same animations as would play for a male Warden with her, right? (I'm not at all sure that the gender of the Warden makes any difference in those scenes with Leli.)

 

[EDIT: The MRP optional files also include one that allows a female Warden to be seen as male by, and therefore if the proper dialogue branches and actions are taken, get the option to kiss, both Bella and Kaitlyn in Redcliffe. Is that what you meant?]

 

(Full Disclosure: I've always felt the "Kaitlyn Kiss" to be a little creepy, regardless of the Warden's gender! :sick: )
