MagicalHob0
Help? I do not like how when standing their while the NPC is talking and all the shadows are pixel'd and moving around.
unuroboros
What's your Shadow Detail setting? You'll get jaggies on most of those settings, simply because higher quality shadows are a huge FPS killer. ENB can give you even better shadows, via SSAO, but again at a significant performance penalty. You also mention "moving around", which sounds like a different problem. If you mean you can stand still and observe that the shadows of buildings and trees periodically move, what you're seeing is the sun's position changing. By default the shadows only update at intervals, because if they updated every second to obey the sun's position - you guessed it, performance penalty. You can tune it in an INI somewhere though, as I recall.
ssz12345
Try changing to iblurdeferredshadowmask=6 or something like that in the skyrimprefs.ini file in your My Documents/My Games/Skyrim folder.

The SSAO is just complementing it.

If a NPC or Tree or w/e is standing still with the sun causeing a shadow.. The edges of the shadows are jaggy and moving a tiny bit... It is not smooth at at. Sorry but I am new to this.. where is the INI? Try changing to iblurdeferredshadowmask=6 or something like that in the skyrimprefs.ini file in your My Documents/My Games/Skyrim folder. Ok I am at 3 right now.. And will try at 6 to see if that helps.

Jaradin
If you have an Nvidia graphics card, here's a couple tweak guides for reference: Five-Step Guide on Skyrim Comprehensive Skyrim Tweaking Guide Now, as to your specific issue, I think the lower the value = less pixelation. I have mine set to 3 and, combined with the tweak guide changes, I experience no shadow pixels at all. Try that and see how it fits your system.
