Shield Ring - Lost it's Enchantment

So, I wrapped up the More Unfinished Business quest for the Mage's Guild, got the Shield Ring, it was working and glorious to push my armor rating up a little bit more. Just tonight I noticed my armor rating was a bit low. Even after I repaired my armor to 100% it was a bit low. On some pokage I noticed the Shield Ring wasn't showing it's enchantment. Tried to player.additem a new one with no luck. Finally figured out why the 'additem' didn't work, according to the UESP

0007B7A6 1.0 30

• The first one is unenchanted and carried by Aryarie at the Bravil Mages Guild.
• When she gives it to you after the More Unfinished Business quest, it is a leveled ring with a constant Shield effect.
• The other two rings do not appear in the game.

Yeah, so... About that. How can I spawn in one * with * the enchantment? O.o

UESP has several lists of all the items of the vanilla game with their formID https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Generic_Magic_Apparel#Shield.

To add one in your inventory type

player.additem ID X

where ID is a list of digits as you can see in the page and X the desired quantity.

Oh. Well, not called the same, but same effect. Cool! Now hope the game doesn't eat the effect off of this one. O.o Thank you.:D

If your ring that should be enchanted isn't it's because a mod altered it.

 

You can easily fix it by the way.
