Kinetix
Here's my load order, Skyrim was working pretty well until I finished adding all the mods I was looking at, now I get stutters when I turn around outside. Is there any particular mod(s) in this list that are performance killers/buggy? EDIT: It seems to do it more when I look at actual structures outside, as far as I can tell. Inside there's no lag, and it seemed like there was less when just looking around at the countryside compared to the outside of Windhelm (quickly looking back at the Stables/walkway structure causes stuttering). LargeStyle
You've added more visual mods that your computer - specifically the vram on your GPU can take. That's why it stutters when you're turning around as it has to load the environment on the fly due to being no spare vram available. To reduce / eliminate the stuttering, remove visually demanding mods starting with texture mods / packs. Also use a program such as Skyrim Performance Monitor which'll be able to tell you in realtime how your pc is coping with everything.
