Do Argonians lay eggs?

This is a good question that came up to me when I was thinking about killing children in Skyrim (yeah I know its prohibited, and yeah it sucks, and yeah why are they only nord/imperial race).

 

The main question is Do Argonians lay eggs? Therefore, should their children be called hatchlings just like for Khajiits pups ... or maybe kittens?

 

Well since they are lizards they should, but that would render female argonian breasts obsolete, which they have, which means they must be breastfeeding with milk, which would make them NOT lizards. Help me out here.

Argonian children are called hatchlings, not sure if it's categorically stated they lay eggs but they are definitely hatchlings.

I would assume they do ley eggs. In Oblivion Ocheeva (of the dark brotherhood) states that ''we are egg mates'' when talking about her twin Teinaava.
