[Mod Request] Build siege engines outside og sieges

Do you remember building trebuchets in Age og Empires II? You build a wagon in the castle, and then drive it to where you want it, and then assemble it. I thought that a cool mod would be that you could have siege workshops in friendly towns - like when you own regular workshops - and then build siege engines there. Then when they were done you could either just get them in your inventory and be slowed down immensely, or get them out on the map as caravans to follow you. Then when you build your siege camp you would just have the siege engines in your reserves.
