It's actually pretty easy to do yourself, but I think I might manage it. All I'd have to do is to duplicate the Nord file and add the description and the powers you want. Then u could just take the nord textures, ignore the fact that the race has a male gender and give new racial bonuses and a power that could be the orc berserk thingie, but renamed "power of asgard". The only problem being is that someone has already don sea elf and po tun is just a orc with a khajiit head... we need something better, like a race that was only in like 2 games really long ago, like the sload or something. Besides that you don't have an Orc body and honestly, all the Ka Po' Tun mods out there aren't that good. They are unbalanced and over powered..
