Marconiex - Formal warning issued

Marconiex has received a formal warning. This user has now received 1 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Spamming the following request over at least 5 different file upload threads. Spamming is not allowed and these request seem to have little baring on some of the mods you have put them in. Perhaps a request like this would be better suited in the mod request forum.

 

"Here's an idea that no one's tried yet. A menu driven, script written, special effects mod. I'm not talking about the "IMAGINATOR"-"LUMENARIUM"-"ELECTRO-CITY"-"CINEMATECH" types. I'm talking about a mod that can insert different "WEIRD" colored fogs, mists, animated (different colored) clouds, shooting stars, meter showers, indoor effects, purple people eaters, tornadoes, you know.. ambient "SCI-FI & HORROR" special effects."
