jedi7000nathan Posted December 6, 2020 Share Posted December 6, 2020 (edited) I recently bought Skyrim SE the other day and immediately proceeded to mod it out, I followed the instructions Vortex offered and made sure there weren't any conflicts and there weren't masters missing, I have a total of 409 ready to go, I ran FNIS and the other utilities: and launched the game, no crash, a nice lovely launch screen and then a loading screen that kept on going and going. I've no idea what is causing this and I'm fairly certain it shouldn't be any issues with the load order or the mods themselves it would have produced CTD on launch instead I get this loading screen that keeps turning and turning to nowhere. I'd appreciate any solutions, I'm worried this will have to come to a tedious session of sorting thru the entire list (NOT remotely fun and takes a large amount of time better spent elsewhere) and anything else that can be tried before I attempt that would be welcome. anjenthedog Posted December 6, 2020 Share Posted December 6, 2020 For a general debug, the usual game is uninstalling mods in reverse order of installation, and optimally, loading a game save made prior to the installation of said mod so that no code from it might be instantiated in the game save to interfere. jedi7000nathan Posted December 6, 2020 Author Share Posted December 6, 2020 (edited) That isn't the problem I'm having I don't have any pre-existing saves this is a fresh install I haven't even played the game yet the loading screen happens right after I launch the game before I can even reach the main menu; I installed the game, launched it once to generate the INI file and then proceeded to use Vortex to mod it out: I wasn't going to play the game vanilla, I was going for a fully modded load out Edited December 6, 2020 by jedi7000nathan Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

(https://skse.silverlock.org/) If so, try this https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17230 - Memory Patch It could simply be the "endless" loading is simply everything taking time to load. I'm around 680 mods and it takes a good 2-3 minutes to load up the "new game/load game" menu and another 2-3 minutes to load into the game, lol.
