  1. I assume your running SKSE. (https://skse.silverlock.org/) If so, try this https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17230 - Memory Patch It could simply be the "endless" loading is simply everything taking time to load. I'm around 680 mods and it takes a good 2-3 minutes to load up the "new game/load game" menu and another 2-3 minutes to load into the game, lol. I recommend looking at other modding guides to see what sorta memory patches they use.
  2. I use Poser Hotkeys Plus to switch between poser packs and it works 100% no issues with Nemesis. Not sure what their problem was.
  3. "Is it safe to switch from FNIS to NEMESIS on a full modded Skyrim SE (including already generated FNIS behaviors and files) or do I have to do some preparations? Does NEMESIS support creature animations?" As far as I know, yes. Since Nemesis generates an FNIS plugin for any mods that need it, it should work mid game since they are more or less the same thing (animations). As for creature animations, sadly no, those fall under the 1% of NSFW mods that don't work with it. I read somewhere mod author doesn't want that sorta stuff used with his mod. But I get the sneaking suspicion people just need to throw lots of patreon money at him.
  4. Aside from problems that can be caused by removing mods (especially something like ELFX) during gameplay, I'm assuming the issue is with a .nif file that is bugging and blacking everything out. .nif file can be anything really, but its most likely an NPC with custom armor.
  5. Doesn't sound like a error, more like an ENB setup for a specific lighting set up.
  6. You don't need to use Wyrebash to make a bashpatch. You can simply use it as a manual-LOOT sorter, the best way IMO, since you'll be able to catch alot of things LOOT does not. Keeping everything sorted properly means you'll be able to install/remove and integrate new mods into your load order without much fuss. To clarify what I said earlier about FNIS+Nemesis. AFAIK you need FNIS PCEA2 to work with FNIS Behaviors 7.0 as Nemesis PCEA works with Nemesis Behavior Engine (which replaces FNIS). That seems to be the only thing from what I see that would be causing any major issues with your game. The minor issue would be your load order; but I suppose if it works it works and the rest is just my opinion. :)
  7. Double check any of your mods that might be for LE and not SE; I see you got Sky_UI, but is it Sky_UI_SE? Aside from that you have Nemesis and FNIS Behavior mod installed; both do the same thing so you need to pick one or the other. You can use Nemesis with FNIS sexy move 'n other FNIS add-ons since Nemesis generates an FNIS esp for mods that require it. Nemesis doesn't work with certain NSFW animations, you can safely look up which, but FNIS does them all. Also, get WyreBash and make a Bashpatch so any mods that modify level lists for actors will get updated by the bashpatch and not blow up your game randomly. Bashpatch also lets you manually look at your plugins and gives a visual indicator of whether or not you should rearrange them (green = perfect, yellow = load order error, red = missing master).
  8. Somtimes a cigar is just a giant vagina in the desert that swallows men whole.
  9. Nemesis is a "newer" FNIS-PCEA mod. Its smoother in transitioning Dynamic Animation Replacer mods. One less click for the PCEA feature to get it to work (no need to click "update FNIS" in MCM menu). Also allows for 20 custom animation folders (PCEA) instead of FNIS's 10. Aside from that it works like FNIS. Difference is mainly in how you install new animations or poser packs. Like FNIS if you install new animation mods or PCEA animations you'll need to update it like FNIS. Poser packs take an extra step but nothing too taxing. Nemesis is compaitable with 99% of animation mods. The 1% is certain NSFW animation mods. All in all, I'd recommend it!
  10. Looks like the whatever texture mod you have isn't 100% compatiable with head morphs?
  11. Try disabling "less sexy move if armored" option? Also, just for consistencies sake: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/15583 (Yuih - Sha) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/15728 (Yuih - Elwyn) Might also be conflict with animation mods you have installed (anything that modifies vanilla movement).
  12. Whats your load order and what sorta bug fixes do you use? I've been modding (MO2) SE for the past week and haven't had any problems related to SKSE.
  13. Cutting to the chase, give more options when filling out your backstory akin to Darklands character creator. The default system seems a bit borked when it forces you to age 30 while barely leaving you any skills at the start. You should have the option to create a character with default options and start at age 18 with appropriately little skills outside what you pick. After that you can either finish your background and thus start the game proper or you can continue doing things for your parents (or whomever) while building up your skills until you decide to get on with the game and your age will reflect that. For example: (Typical merchant starting character) - Merchant Parents (parent background) - Skilled with numbers (natural skills born with) - Worked in merchant stalls (childhood) - Stood guard (early to mid teens) - Invested in Shop ( mid to late teens) - Helped with people / escapade / whatever (used to determine character traits: merciful, calculating, daring, etc) - Travelled with parents (game start) -Age at start 18 (not 30) However, with more depth in character customization you could instead of travelling with your parents (for want of a nail and all that), you could... -Continue guard duty (two year stint) -Continue guard duty (again) (another 2 years) -Continue guard duty (again) (another 2 years) -Become Captain of the local guard (another 2 year stint) (minimum age requirement: 24 or whatever plus certain amount of skills, say.. charm, leadership and some basic combat) -Travel with parents (game start) -Age at start, 26 start with better quality equipment, a bit more money and skills associated with choosing to stand guard 3 times (+3 vigor, skill focus on one handed weapons, etc) Or instead of going guard duty, you could.. -Manage your own shop (2 year stint.. +1 to charm, stewardship) -Work for local caravan (2 year stint.. +1 to roguery or whatever) -Travel with parents (game start) -Age at start, 22 with more money (maybe 2-3k instead of 1k) and default equipment Choices for what jobs you can do would be reflected by your parents, if your father/mother was a bannerlord or tyte with the lord, you could continue working for him and eventually become part of his guardsmen, which would net some quality 2-4 level armor (full set too, lets not skimp out on it) ontop of improved relations with lords of said race you are (battanian, vlandian, imperial, etc). Parents are bandits/thugs? You could choose to fall in with a some different types of thugs gangs depending on your race; ain't no steppe bandits over in vlandia thankfully. Raid caravans? Sure, come away with random assortment of goods/weapons/armor and decent amount of gold but a negative rep hit for *everyone* not a thug/bandit. Have option to get married so you could start game with waifu with chance of having a kid for every 2 years you choose to not start the damn game. This way you could technically start game with wife and fully grown child; or get really unlucky and lose one or both to disease or something (maybe they take place of parents at game start?). Although I suppose a limit of starting game by age 40 should be limit (since your parents would technically be 60ish by this time). Also, throughout the character process you would have random instances of choices to further develop your traits; more chances to be even more daring, calculating, merciful/less, whatever to add a bit more flavor. I suppose to further implement this fully would require different levels of traits; for example: daring (+1), courageous (+2), fearless (+3) - merciful (+1), compassionate (+2), humanitarian (+3), and so on. Implementing shouldn't be too hard as it would simply be an extention of the character creation system already in place, just with way more options to pick.
  14. Given that the Empire is basically an expy of later day Rome, where's all the roads between their settlements? I would settle for a dirt path between settlements and towns. Anyways, is it possible to modify the worldmap so as to include roads on the map that give a bonus to movement speed? And, if so, would it be possible to railroad caravans onto these roads?
  15. Might be an issue with level lists on NPCs and random loot, since I see you have 2 mods that add armors/weapons to NPCs and no bash patch to tell them both how to interact nicely with each other. Download Wyrebash (follow instructions), create a bashpatch (simple as 1,2,3) and make sure its the last thing to load (even after dyndolod if you use that).
  16. Did you start a new game or did you install the mod during a playthrough? NPC face replacers tend to go wonky if you install them during a playthrough. Just saying since i haven't seen any mention of it and its usually the overlooked simple problems that tend to get missed.
  17. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72725 1. Get that mod 2. Install that mod 3. Read on how to use that mod 4. Post what the crash log says
  18. d3d9dll is what is used by ENB to do what is does. I doubt its that that is actually causing your crashes. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72725 Install that mod and follow the instructions so it will write to file what is causing your crashes, then post it here. It also has a memory manager that should eliminate the crashes cause when going from one world to another (ie: loading). Cause it sounds like an issue with your memory that this mod *should* fix.
  19. If I am not mistaken those lines can be fixed by going into race menu and smoothing them out in the, uh.. head viewer thingy.
  20. Welcome to the rabbit hole of modding that is Skyrim! Skyrim hates when you delete mods during a playthrough. Things tend to go broke that way. If you are using mods you will have to launch Skyrim through the SKSE (Skyrim Script Extender) launcher and not the default Skyrim launcher. Aside from that if you are still having problems post your load order and plugins list and maybe someone can help troubleshoot whats going on.
  21. You should check out Better Locational Damage https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3815
  22. Long story short, F4SE doesn't automatically update whenever FO4 does. Hold windows key + R type in steam://nav/console Then paste download_depot 377160 377162 6469225906997463829 - Where 377160 is Fallout 4 and 377162 is the exe file itself and final string of numbers is the specific version that works for F4SE 06_16 Backup FO4.exe then copy/paste downloaded older version into your fallout 4 steam folder and viola. Steam will tell you where it downloaded the file to.
  23. Enboost disables pretty much all features with ENB because its a huge performance hog. The only things it doesn't disable are the fixes and other things in the enblocal file. It makes use of ENB's AA which is apparently faster than Skyrim's, although I might be understanding it incorrectly.
  24. CustomMemoryBlockTotalSizeMb=64 Increase the size of that to say 128, go back into your skyrim (load start or game, hit tilda key `) and see if your running close to 90-100% of memory usage, if so, increase size again until you sit around 50-60.
