infernoking3
Hi guys I am newbie.Today I downloaded some weapon mod for fallout new vegas.I searched on google how to install a mod.I did copy the mod's files to "data" folder.by the way there was no folders like meshes, textures e.t.c so while I copy the mod's file it doesnt said do you want to merge folders.I copied them to data folder.and I did select the mod's esp at launch screen at data files. But in the game nothings happened.I still got old weapons skins and textures.what should I do ? by the way I installed fomm and tried couple of things but still same results. M48A5
In FOMM, left click on the "Tools" tab at the top. In the drop down menu, look to the bottom for "Archive Invalidation". If it is not checked, left click to check it. Answer yes to "Apply Archive Invalidation". Close FOMM. Open FOMM to play the game. If, when you open the "Tools" menu, "Archive Invalidation" is checked, left click to uncheck it, answer "yes" to "Remove Archive Invalidation" and close FOMM. Open FOMM, navigate to "Archive invalidation" again and left click it to activate "Archive Invalidation".Instead of using Google for help in installing mods, read the mod ReadMe or use this link: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/120735-how-to-install-mods-for-fallout-3/. I know it says Fallout 3, but the process is the same for Fallout New Vegas.
