i downloaded this mod, had a rum time installing it due to lack of readme, but i think ive got it, its onm in my data files. now i have it installed, what do i do? ive seen lots of comments asking the same thing, but no answer. please?

1. You could try deactivating the dwemer airship esp in data... then create a new saved game, then exit back out and reactivate the mod and wait to be approached...

 

2. you can open up the console and and type setstage <questname> <stagenumber>

 

I do not have the mod so I do not know the name of the quest but I am sure you should make the stage start at 10.

 

you can get the oblivion Cs if you don't already have it, and there you can find the name for the quest to advance to.

here I took the time to download and open the esp for you

 

while in game you can open the console via the tilde ~ key

 

then type in

 

setstage DSSkyshipQuest 10

 

then you can move along past the guy with the book.

 

I do not know if not buying the book from the guy will alter any future parts of this quest so this may not be the safest way to go

The guy is outside the entrance to the sewers (where you start the game).

 

Did you say parachute? OMG I need to download this again...
