jcrislip
I am working on getting into modding for the first time using Mod Organizer 2. Adding script extenders as SKSE64 is important to modding. I followed the You-Tube video put up by "AI Cave" for guidance. In his video he advocates using 7zip to download SKSE64. Okay, I did that. The downloaded files went into a temp directory, because that is apparently what 7zip does. He said to move all of the SKSE64 files and one folder into the mod organizer data file. I did that. He said to move the SKSE64 data folder into the download box of Mod Organizer. And that's where I had a problem. For some reason, the folder will not move into Mod Organizer. I can move it into another directory in windows, but it absolutely refuses to go into MO2. I tried doing it over again, but it came out the same. I don't know if it's me, or 7zip, or windows10. Any thoughts or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

jcrislip
IsharaMeadin, thank you for replying. The video you suggested said essentially the same as the one I had seen before. I think I have it, tho. I downloaded the SKSE64 by right clicking and "save as" instead of left clicking. Then I unzipped the data file and moved the unzipped version into Mod Organizer. Implication is that Mod Organizer is not able to handle an archived file. Even tho both of the videos I saw seemed to say it should. Of course, I'm not entirely sure its working correctly, because now my game has begun crashing at odd moments.
