ssccrab
Back in my days of playing Oblivion, I had this wonderful mod installed called Lamps of Oblivion. You could set down these colored crystal balls and they would stay lit. Very useful for lighting up dark areas. They could be whatever color you wanted. I used to be a modding mogul for Oblivion... Not so for Skyrim. We don't have anything like this in Skyrim (I don't think), and I'm honestly not very good with modding for Skyrim, so I thought I would see if anyone here might be able to port it over? It's not a very complicated mod at all. Thanks!
Tehandyman
I have a fix for this. Not a mod but more of a glitch. you need to have both stolen and owned torches in your inventory (more than five in total) if you drop all of them, they will get split into two sets (one stolen set and one owned set) the stolen set of torches should actually be lit. You can then pick up and drag the lit torches around and it'll light up the area. It shouldn't ever run out but if it does you could just repeat the process. It lights up areas pretty nicely. Unless of course you're actually looking for the aesthetic look of a crystal ball that lights up, I can't help you there, I mean I could mesh and texture it but idk how to script it to activate and light up. ShimoOkami
I use Lanterns and Candles, which has a similar function. I would love to see colored crystal balls though.
