The Pure CBBE Skin Texture for NPC

I don't know if this is possible or not, but I was hoping that someone could point me towards a skin re-texture for NPC's. Is it possible to even make this fairly easily? or is it too much effort for all NPC's?

 

I am fairly new to modding and just learned a lot of these presets everyone is making is for Character's and not NPC's.

By default, the player and NPCs share body meshes and skin textures. So if you install The Pure, your female human/elf player character and every adult female human/elf NPC will use The Pure.
