This is all of the information that I've been able to collect so far- It was hosted on a site called nekomods but the entire site's down. Wayback archive does have some of the pages but the links are all dead- The mod author's name is Minoumimi. I have tried to contact them directly but haven't heard anything back - It's primary use is a requirement for other mods such as Darkstalkers mods - some of these can be found on loverslab I really hope that somebody here can help with this. I've been asking on sites like loverslab, reddit, 4channel and others for months with little success. Gave the Wayback a poke myself and managed to scrounge this up.
