TheLoreSeeker
So this begins with a little story.A few years back I had shelved my copy of Oblivion after a rather unfortunate accident involving my thumb and the screen of my $1200 media laptop. I had originally intended to use said production rig to film videos for Youtube and play a heavily modded Oblivion game. But alas fate interviened.I purchased a new off the shelf at Costco laptop because I needed one for school. It wasn't as expensive or as good as my old one, but it would serve its purpose. Eventually I got into playing Minecraft, which I could run with little issue, and got set up as a Moderator on a server for another Youtuber. Things were great for a while, I made friends, played games, recorded vids, had a generally good time. Then one day one of the guys I worked with on the server contacts me and goes "Hey, so we're thinking about making some videos for Youtube and a weekly gaming Podcast and we want you to be in it cause you've got a good voice." I'm like...."Sure! I'd love to. I did some vocal performance classes in college and I really enjoyed the voice work." And he goes "OK cool, so I'm getting mics for all the members. You should get yours in the mail soon." I was pretty astounded that this guy from the other side of the planet who I'd never met IRL would just up and buy me something like that. So I thanked him...not really expecting anything serious to come out of it....until a UPS package showed up on my doorstep containing a $100 table top USB mic.To say my jaw dropped would be an understatement; and my voice quality shot up through the roof compared to the built in mic on my laptop.Well we did do a podcast and some streaming for a while, but people get jobs and things get busy with life and school...and it died out. So instead of collecting dust on my desk, I put the mic away in the closet and just moved on with life and focused on putting my voice acting to work on D&D sessions. Then a few weeks ago I started looking at Skyrim and mods. It brought me back to the good old Oblivion modding days when the best quest and companion mods had immersive dialogue and full voice acting. Suddenly I felt very sad. Here I was, looking at mods for a game I couldn't play (because I still had the same cheap laptop) and I couldn't even be usefull to the community. But then it hits me...I still have that mic in the closet...that mic which I'd hardly ever used....that mic that had been gifted to me with good intentions of a well used future filled with my voice. I couldn't let that mic down...it had a destiny dammit! So here I am Nexus! I have taken the mic from the closet and I offer my aid to any who need it! Let my voice be but a tool you use to turn your mods into living, breathing entities!Specs:MaleAmerican (College Level Vocabulary)Mid-20'sMid-Low vocal range (but I can try anything) I'm willing to help anyone who needs it, just need to know the specs of the character and the dialogue.**Maybe not the NSFW mods....not really interested in working on "those types" of projects.
