Killerbuddy Posted March 12, 2013 Share Posted March 12, 2013 Ever since I can remember, whenever I swim underwater, it is as if I am walking around on land. There is no underwater texture for my waters. I have no idea why, so I figured I would ask here. Is there an ini setting that handles that?
