Help with load order

Please can anyone help me with load order..it seems like some function don't work. Im new around here. I tried with LOOT but it doesnt help with load order thing.

My native language isn't english. So please forgive me if I make it wrong. for example Immersive Citizen NPCs gets stuck in one place and doesn't move. I heard it from other people that I've to arrange the load order so that my mods can function properly. So that's why i mean to say that. Another example which is Schlongs of Skyrim is that there's an underwear bug which i cant fix it and even that i heard is I've to arrange the load order.

No worries. For Immersive Citizens, I would try moving that mod, and all of its patches, down in your load order to just above your Bashed Patch and see if that helps anything.

 

The Schlongs of Skyrim bug I'm not sure about, can you post a link to a picture of the problem?
