Need some advice on load order

Hello everyone,

This is my first post, so I apologize if it is in the wrong forum section, but I thought this would be the best place to ask.

I've recently just installed Skyrim again and a bunch of mods that I really like. I don't have a top of the range spec PC, but I can run the game on Ultra with a few dials in Advanced toned down a little.

Anyway, I was hoping if I write a list of what mods I have installed/ downloaded if anyone could tell me the best order to place them in via Nexus and/ or Skyrim launcher for best performance (my performance isn't very laggy, if at all, but I'd like to eliminate as much as I can). As well as any suggestions of mods that I could use instead, or in conjunction with what I already have (performance mods?).

I do use the latest version of Skse_loader, and I have installed rcrnCustomizer.exe as I prefer the lighting and weather conditions to that of 'Climates of Tamriel'. With RcrnCustomizer I have set Skse_loader as the .exe to load when starting Skyrim, too. Anything that needed adding or adjusting in Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPref.ini has already been done, as well.

Yes, correct.

But beware, i didn't say the one is better then the other, FOR MY PERSONAL TASTE, the HD 2K textures one is better than the official one, just try by yourself the one u would like the better

Yeah I'm using the HD 2k texs, they look a lot better in my opinion, too.

I do have a problem with these textures however, and that is the wooden posts seem to 'stack' rather than be a fluid texture, is this meant to happen?

What I mean by stack is you would expect the wooden post to have it's grain going vertical, but instead, there are segments, and quite a few, that align horizontally, making it look like small pieces of wood have been stacked on top of one another.
