the step from 04a to 04b was a huge one. We now have a small rawboat system and you now can walk from Skyrim to Morrowind at Refugees' Rest.

A ton of improved and new edited cells as well as 3 (real) dungeon interiors and more.

Its a good... No, its a excellent idea to build Morrowind in the same time Skyrim plays... I like Morrowind, but playing the same story again and again (Morrowind TES III, Morroblivion TES IV, Skywind TES V...) is boring. A "new" Morrowind is much more better and it fits better to storyline...

This looks amazing! I think it's fantastic that you've begun to take on this task. From what you've shown; it's looking really promising. Will you be creating your own website for updates and the like, or will you keep it here in the forums? Either way; I'll be following this.

Out of curiosity, what regions have you touched on? I am curious, mostly because the heightmap includes the regions where Blacklight is located, and creating something suitable for the Capital of Morrowind would be both difficult, and inspiring. This is definitely something i am keeping my eye on, and i'm more than happy to offer any lore oriented input if you have questions or ideas to bounce around.
