Can't interact with certain building doors

Recently there's a bug I have never encountered before: I can't interact with some buildings' doors. There is no Use sign, however NPCs can still enter or exit buildings.

I suspect this is due to conflicts between mods that change the same area, or just changes in the load order. E.g: This one time I found that the door of Winterhold Jarl's Longhouse was bugged, even though I had entered the place before. After changing the load order (running Loot after installing/uninstalling mods) I can enter Jarl's house now, but now the inn is bugged.

Normally it only happens with exterior-to-interior door, but this time I found out that the exit door can be bugged too. I entered Highmoon Hall (Morthal), made a save, removed a mod, loaded the save, and couldn't use the door. The outside door is also bugged.

Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it? It's strange because I've never had this bug before, or probably I never noticed it, because only few doors are affected.

made a save, removed a mod

Don't do this unless you like breaking your savegame, as you just found out.

Normally, this is caused when a mod or mods edit the same door, and one moves the activator just a tiny bit back behind the actual door, and out of reach. Fixing it is a matter of figuring out which mods are editing the cell(s) the door is located in, and shifting things around in your load order to resolve the conflict. TESEdit is probably the easiest way of figuring that out, just load your entire load order and filter by cell name to narrow it down.

At first I also thought that it was all conflict, but yesterday something happened that made me confusing as hell. So I used coc to get out of the jarl's house, proceeded with the quest, and sometimes later I got CTD when trying to leave another house (also in Morthal) Now that door is bugged instead, and the Jarl house door is normal now  Maybe my save does get a bit too broken after all
