Mod Request: Replace Joytoy Character w/ Panam (Spoiler)

I for one, was looking forward to a great time with Panam. I followed all instructions to romance her. What a disappointment not even a titty, along with a night vision filter with some weird effect.

 

Would it be possible to replace the shitty Joytoy down in Jig Jig street with Panams model?
