Mod Request: Weather change

Not sure if this is possible (yet?), but if anyone has an interest in looking into it, I think it would be pretty rad if we could make the weather more dark and dreary, rainy, etc., à la Blade Runner. Game is beautiful, but I really dig it when it's dark and raining. Thoughts?

+1 to this. A weather changer mod, or a mod that just makes it always night and always rainy would be great.

+1 weather management is a must, as well as time of day and option to freez it

+1 This would be great... seeing as in my current 70 hour playthrough I only had rain twice outside the scripted one lol

The events such as sandstorm, acid rain or rain in general have to appear more often.

If anyone even has some slight lead on what files might be associated with weather I would love to at least have a look. 1 rain (outside scripted missions) and 1 deep yellow fog in 70 hours is ridiculous and frankly - broken, as the streets at night are often wet, so where is the rain coming from?

As it´s an iteration of the same engine that witcher 3 used, maybe you can have a look at what files a witcher 3 weather mod use?

Hopefully this happens. Having darker, foggier days with constant rain would be nice. I've only seen rain happen dynamically once outside of specific missions.

Yeah, had it happen twice non scripted under my 50h playthrough. If I wasn´t such a coward I´d probably poke around in the ini files myself :)
