Mod request: remove distant cars in destert

To me one of the most immersion breaking things in this game is that when driving at night in the desert I see a ton of cars in the distance, but when closing in on them, they disappear, and what´s close to me is like one or two cars.

 

A mod that either removed almost all of the distant cars or increase the number of cars close to you would be a awesome.

Even in the quests as a passenger, sitting their watching the ghost cars is a bit weird as they disappear as you close distance, or coming up to a busy intersection that has no cars when you get there.
