Porting oblivion mods

You can only include custom models in such a situation. NO Oblivion content can legally be ported into Fallout 3. Just making sure you know that.

Besides that, you'd just create a new mod using those custom textures/meshes, just like in Oblivion. You'd have to create a totally new mod though. The only files in common would be the appropriate .nif and .dds files.

you'd also have to open the OB nif files in 3dmax/blender and re-save them as the newer version (2.0.0.7 or somthing silly) otherwise F3 cant read them.

if you happen to find a mod for OB tht has CUSTOM horse animations then spam me via pm, i can only find ones that use the vannilla ones, which y'no... cant be ported -.-'

Helmets, Weapons and such from OblivionMods can be changed to Fallout 3 Files by importing them into Blender/3DSMax and exporting them like its shown in the Tutorials:

jaysus Mini-Modelling Tut (Tutorial especially for Blender on Page 10)

http://thenexusforums.com/index.php?showtopic=82738

And Malos Custom Clothes Tut

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=963

But Armor and Clothes can't be changed that easy since Oblivion has a different Bone Structure.
